Long-Term Plan Consultation

A Council's legislative flagship document, the Long Term Plan for Horowhenua District Council was themed on 'What's our future?'. The 20 year plan's theme was centered around two, six year old children, Maia and Xander and what the Horowhenua might look like for them in 20 years time when they are 26. The design work was fun and friendly whilst fitting within brand constraints and an easy read for the Consultation Document that explored a number of challenges Horowhenua faced in the coming decades, the primary one - growth!
